Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution company in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support the company’s growth and success.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition
• Oversee employee relations and engagement
• Develop and deliver training and development programs
• Manage performance management and employee development
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Conducting disciplinary hearings
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful HR management
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Certification in HR management (e.g. SHRM, HRCI)
• Professional membership of reputable HR bodies
