Job Description
The HR Graduate Trainee position is an entry-level role designed to provide recent Human Resources or related field graduates with practical experience in all facets of human resource management. The trainee will work under the supervision of senior HR professionals to support functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, payroll administration, and HR compliance. The role aims to develop foundational skills and knowledge while contributing to the organization’s HR objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Support employee records management and data entry into HR systems.
Participate in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Ensure compliance with Zimbabwean labour laws and company policies.
Provide administrative support to various HR functions.
Qualifications and Experience
A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
