Job Purpose:
The HR Clerk will support the HR team in administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Maintain employee records
– Assist in recruitment processes
– Coordinate training and development programs
– Provide HR support to employees
– Update HR databases
– Support disciplinary processes
– Handle onboarding paperwork
– Track attendance and leave
– Support payroll processing
Qualifications and Experience
– Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
– 1-2 years of experience in HR
– Basic knowledge of HR principles
– Excellent communication skills
-Experience in Payroll Administration
