We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions at our new Electrosales Marondera branch:
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Observation of what is happening on the floor.
• Helping customers to navigate around the shop and find the products they require, and assisting them to convey their goods to the till.
• Responsible for demonstrating a service attitude that proves to the customers that their business is valued
• Liable for explaining and demonstrating to customers how the products work.
• Explaining the advantages and disadvantages of products to the customers.
• Picking and pulling the products for the customer.
• Making sure that all products are correctly coded where applicable, and that shelf talker price updates are correctly placed as soon as possible after receiving them.
• Dusting the shelves and products.
• Making sure the products are well packed on the shelves.
• Conducting daily spot checks of stock and checking stock definitions.
• Any other related duties that may be reasonably required
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience.
O level/A level or equivalent and relative training.
• A clear understanding of relevant hardware products is a must.
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with a diversified workforce.
