Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Professional qualification or certification in Engineering/Project Management is an added advantage
• 5+ years’ experience as an Engineering Manager in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, project management, and managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of plant equipment, production machinery, and preventive maintenance systems
• Demonstrated ability to implement engineering best practices, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to analyse technical data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
