Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to maximize parts sales, provide exceptional customer care, and contribute to effective stock management. As a key member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for attending to customers, managing leads, and identifying sales opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional customer care: Promptly attend to walk-in and phone-in customers, providing accurate quotes and timely responses.
2. Drive sales growth: Actively seek out sales opportunities, identify new business prospects, and contribute to the development of new parts.
3. Stock management: Report stock discrepancies and movement to management, ensuring effective inventory control.
4. Lead management: Manage incoming leads and direct them as appropriate.
5. Market intelligence: Gather market insights and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Minimum 2 A-Level passes
2. Minimum 1 Year Sales experience
3. Key skills:
– Strong customer relationship management skills
– Ability to work under pressure
– Excellent administration skills
– Trainable and a team player
