About the Graduate Trainee Program
We are seeking two ambitious construction graduates to join our structured 12-month Graduate Trainee
Program. This program is designed to develop future leaders in construction management and site
operations, equipping them with hands-on experience in project execution.

management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Assist site managers in daily project coordination and supervision
• Support construction planning, progress tracking, and reporting
• Participate in site preparation, safety briefings, and environmental monitoring
• Observe and contribute to contract and tendering processes
• Record site data
• Engage in budgeting, materials estimation, ane quality checks
• Perform other related tasks assigned during the training
Qualifications and Experience
Candidate Profile
We are looking for proactive and dedicated graduates who meet the following criteria:
• Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Quantity
Surveying, or a related field from a recognized institution
• Have at least one year of industrial attachment experience in construction-related fields
• Possess a strong passion for construction projects, with a willingness to work outdoors and travel.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office and basic construction software tools
• A Class 4 Driver’s License is an added advantage.

Zimbabwe.
Trainees will be based at our Msasa Head Office (Harare) with frequent travel to project sites across
