Job Description
Sports and Recreation Commission (SC), the custodian of sport and recreation development and regulation is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the following positions:
Assistant Provincial Sport and Recreation Development Officer for:
• Harare Province,
• Mashonaland East Province,
• Matebeleland North Province, and
• Bulawayo Province
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the promotion, coordination and regulation of sport and recreation programmes and activities in the province.
Qualifications and Experience
Person Specifications
• Possession of a degree in Sport Administration, Physical Education and Sport Science or any equivalent qualification;
• Possession of a diploma in project management and/or project management experience is an added advantage;
• Ability to coordinate sport and recreation activities at various levels; and
• Have a minimum of two years working experience in a related field.
