We are looking for a highly skilled Loss Control Officer to join our dynamic team
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
1. Ensures that CCTVs have backup and enough Storage
2. Oversees and coordinates the external security
3. Recommend system process that minimizes losses
4. Assisting in the pre-vetting process of employees
5. Assisting all HODs in carrying out all investigations
6. Handles criminal related cases and report to ZRP
7. Promote security and risk control awareness
8. Monitoring the surveillance cameras.
9. Minimize losses for an organization by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
10. Ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols
11. Utilizing security systems like CCTV cameras and alarm systems to monitor premises, detect suspicious activities, and prevent potential losses.
12. Developing and implementing strategies to prevent losses, such as implementing access control measures, improving inventory management, and enhancing employee awareness of security protocols
Qualifications and Experience
1. The candidate must have a Degree in Security Management/ Police Studies
2. The candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in FMCG
3. The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills
