Duties and Responsibilities
– Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
– Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
– Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
– Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Office/Reception Management a recognised tertiary institution.
Certificate of Proficency In Short Term Insurance.
A minimum of 1 year working experience.
