Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing product displays, including window setups, mannequins, and in-store arrangements.
• Develop floor plans and layouts that guide customers through the store, highlighting key products and promotions.
• Coordinate with store managers to understand sales goals and tailor displays accordingly.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques to maintain consistency across locations.
• Ensure midfloor coordination of beds dressed according to the brief
• Ensure no damage product are used on the retail floor
• Ensure all marketing elements are being cared for and stored properly
• General store visits to all stores to ensure that visual communications have been implemented according to the right standards
• Identify individuals that are good in visual merchandising and spend time with them to strengthen their understanding of visual merchandising

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalence
• Qualifications (Decorating / Merchandising Diploma)
• Minimum 2 Years Visual Merchandising Experience
• Retail Experience advantageous
