• Track shipments (with transporters) to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external customers regarding delivery schedules.  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation-related inquiries
• Identify and address potential delays or issues in the transportation process.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve logistical challenges.
• Generate reports on transportation metrics and performance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and carriers.

Is this job for you ?

• The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, Transport Management or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain/ Planning, or transportation coordination.
• Your exceptional communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking tools and your Computer literate, Excel (advanced), SAP R3, OPSI, MS Office will set you apart.
