Temporary Admin Assistant – VKB Brokers, Bethlehem
Job Description:
- VKB Brokers requires the services of a Temporary Admin Assistant for a 3-month fixed-term period.
- The successful candidate will support the team with administrative tasks related to file management, digital record keeping, and compliance.
- This role is essential to ensure that broker files are correctly updated, digital archives are aligned to regulatory requirements, and the office functions efficiently during a period of increased workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and organising client files from brokers who have exited the business
- Preparing, updating, and maintaining physical and digital client records
- Scanning documentation and uploading information to OneDrive to comply with FIAS legislation
- Ensuring that all required documents are properly indexed and stored
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
- Supporting the VKB Brokers team with ad hoc tasks during the cleanup and compliance project
Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately with high volumes of documentation
- Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office and basic digital filing systems
- Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
