• Understanding control plant technologies, standards, procedure, and philosophies
• Operating Regulations for High Voltage Systems (ORHVS)
• Fault finding, investigation
• Accredited to level 2 or intermediate for control plant specific maintenance discipline
• Control plant specific work execution
• Low Voltage Operating Regulations (LVOR) and Outcome 3 authorisation

Skills:

• Computer Literate
• Administration
• Valid code 8 driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain control plant equipment.
• Diagnose faults and repair control plant equipment.
• Install and commission control plant equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health, environment, quality, and security (SHEQS) requirements.

Qualification(s):

• National N Diploma / National Diploma in Electrical Engineering at NQF6 with 240 credits

Related Experience:

• 3 years Related/ P1 P2 Practical experience in a technical environment
