Key Responsibilities

• Meet with 3–4 farmers daily to introduce our client, identify their needs, conduct soil testing, recommend solutions, close sales, and provide follow-up.
• Plan and organize activities, segment the territory, and optimize the customer network to achieve management-set targets.
• Engage the client network through events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to promote solutions.
• Develop and maintain a customer portfolio.
• Ensure accurate reporting through CRM updates and activity reports.

Requirements

• B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent qualification
• Reside in the territory
• Existing network of potential clients
• Self-starter with a passion for Agri-Business and sales
• Eager to learn and thrive in a challenge-driven environment
