Systems/Kerridge Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main system administrator for the Kerridge ERP system.
- Manage user access, permissions, and profiles within Kerridge.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability of the platform.
- Assisting IT with secure backup solutions on a regular basis.
- Identify and resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and improve system usage.
- Conducting multiple system maintenance activities for the company on the platform
- Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
- Liaise with Kerridge service providers for updates, upgrades, and technical support.
- Generate and maintain custom reports as required by the business.
- Implement security protocols and maintain audit trails.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Running promotions
- Keeping products up to date
- Assisting with future system updates and possible integrations
- Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of system integrations
- Logging out-of-scope incidents on the portal, tracking progress, and ensuring resolution

- Proven experience with Kerridge (K8 or similar versions).
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Knowledge of SQL, system reporting tools, and data structures is advantageous
