• RCL Foods is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Planning Manager to lead our beverages supply planning function.
• This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of supply and demand, optimizing customer service, and driving profitability across our national operations.

Minimum Requirements

• A relevant 3-year degree or Supply Chain Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in supply chain, with 3+ years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, SAP/Syspro, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 12–24 month forward supply plans.
• Lead short-term production planning and MRP call-offs.
• Oversee national stock management for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with business goals.
• Drive innovation, manage product lifecycle transitions, and support S&OP processes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team.
