Minimum Qualifications / Experience / Competencies

• Minimum Grade 12
• Be literate and functionally numerate
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated supervisory experience
• Sound product knowledge of Ash product
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Promote safety and follow company policies
• Medically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):

• Perform plant maintenance
• Stock takes , daily recons and logistics planning
• Comply with Mine rules , legislation and COP
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities
• Report all daily production and maintenance
• Allocate and schedule work of subordinates according to daily plan
• Ensure targets are met
• Carry out all agreed ad hoc assignments, tasks and projects requested
