Job Description

• The purpose of Supervisor is to supervisor the operation of the seed plant according to agreed sales and profitability targets

Requirements

• The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate.
• Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
• At least 2 years experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capturing sales action on computer
• Liaising with clients
• Completion of daily administration
• Lead a team of people to achieve targeted objectives
• Learn new aspects about products, materials and processes to better service the customer
• Give attention to detail in daily work habits without losing focus on the overall task at hand
