Job Objectives

• System setup and collaborate with individual suppliers to ensure optimal supply chain synergies  
• Analyse opportunities and align system settings to maximize cost savings 
• Input and maintain market related information into replenishment solution 
• Manage the product life cycle from new item introduction to exit from market   
• Daily processing of system recommended orders 
• Ensure supplier orders are in line with service level goals and inventory policies 
• Maintaining of collaborative software for order contracts and approval  
• Ensure effective delivery scheduling 
• Analyse product availability to market demand on weekly basis
• Manage inbound product availability in line with divisional promotions 
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure stock for planned promotions
• Analyse weekly promotional demand exceptions 
• Analyse weekly system forecasting exceptions
• Responsible for managing project deliverables relating to specific supplier accounts
• Day to day data analysis and reporting to key stakeholders 

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logisitics or similar 

Experience

• Minimum of 1 years experience within Supply Chain or Logisitics 
• Replenishment experience is beneficial
