Key Accountabilities

• Coordinate sustainability efforts: Work with key stakeholders in BB to develop a single view of all sustainability efforts across business.
• Data, monitoring and reporting: Under guidance of the Senior Specialist, drive the development of an appropriate Sustainability data framework, data collection and data curation to support regulatory disclosures. Monitor and track on a monthly basis progress against initiatives. Collate submissions for sustainability reporting.
• Colleague engagement: Support the Senior Specialist to stay aware of sustainability market trends, and drive colleague awareness of the subject matter.
• Industry Excellence: Stay updated on industry changes, assist with sector-specific knowledge, and provide technical information.
• Networking and Relationship Building: Build relationships with stakeholders, assist in the development of sustainability client engagement framework.
• Career and Personal Development: Plan career development and participate in relevant training.
