• Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo® via the phone and by e-mail
• Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
• Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system

Your profile

Your qualifications

• Some initial work experience in software consulting is desirable
• First professional experience in the field of IT support/IT service desk desirable
• Good IT and/or logistics skills
• Quick thinking and good communication skills in English/Afrikaans
