Job Description

  • Outbound Call Centre: Booking of medical appointments for travelling Health Care Professionals (Nurses & Doctors).

Key Outputs / Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Timely scheduling of appointments with clients and nurses for completion of medicals to finalize underwriting process.
  • Dealing with e-mail queries, and telephonic queries – Telephone calls, Maintaining SLA’s.
  • Liaise with Brokers/ Office Managers to ensure clients are reachable and seen for medicals to provide quality customer service.

Job / Role Requirements

Work Experience

Required

  • At least 2 years client service experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Prior experience in scheduling appointments with clients

Preferred (would be advantageous)

  • Previous exposure to Discovery in house system e.g. SAM & Paradigm

Education / Qualifications / Accreditations with Professional Body

Required

  • Matric

Preferred (would be advantageous)

  • Related tertiary qualification
