Requirements: 

• Red Seal Certified Diesel Mechanic
• 3-5+ years’ proven experience as a Workshop Foreman, preferably with Iveco, FAW, and/or UD Trucks
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Experience using Pinnacle Automotive System and BSI
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Good contactable references

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient operations
• Allocate and manage daily workflow and tasks for technicians
• Perform complex diagnostics and oversee vehicle repairs
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Liaise with clients and ensure excellent customer service
• Manage workshop inventory, tools, and equipment
• Monitor and report on workshop performance and productivity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
