Duties and responsibilities (not limited to)
- General office administration
- Reconciliation of daily cash sales & bucket collection cbd account
- Reconciliation of banking, card payments, EFT, etc.
- Distributing emails and other work/queries
- Reports & delivery note summary control daily
- Ensure that orders are scheduled in an efficient manner and fully utilize the available trucks
- Provide support to sales consultants and CM
- Maintain good communication with all internal departments (AR, Plant, Quarry & Technical)
- Quoting clients telephonically and walk ins
- Ensure no oversupplies are executed on bulk orders
- Supply information to the Statistical Department on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Receiving + capturing product orders on X3 Sage, keeping customer files updated
- Supply the sales team with information regarding customer sales, e.g. total volumes
- taken for the period and average selling price as and when required.
- Refer queries for large contracts to the relevant sales consultants
- Assisting the sales team with housekeeping of contracts and running reports.
- Liaise with customers when they have queries regarding product prices or deliveries.
- Assist customers on WhatsApp with pricing, orders and general queries
