Research Administrator – Cape Town at Democratic Alliance

Research Administrator – Cape Town

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Administering, in consultation with the Head of Policy and Senior Policy Unit Manager, the activities and programmes of action in the department
  • Providing assistance with administrative tasks, logistics, research, and meeting preparation
  • Planning and organising policy workshops
  • Ensuring effective communication between the department and all its stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in public administration, project management, business administration, public relations, or a related field (advantageous)
  • 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • 1 year of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
