Provincial Risk Execution Manager
Job Description
- To ensure the execution of all risk management activities and requirements (i.e. business, regulatory and market conduct) as well as associated processes and procedures within a Tier 2 province. To implement and embed risk prevention and mitigation frameworks in order to avoid potential breaches and losses whilst maintaining client experience standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- First Degree in Business Commerce (NQF Level 7 or higher)
Experience Required:
- Personal and Private Banking experience
- 3-4 years: Experience in operational risk, compliance and/or audits.
- 5-7 years: Experience within CHNW understanding the value chain and/or the business. Deep knowledge of operational risk and compliance matters as well as risk remediation. Experience in change management within large rollouts and initiatives
