• Are you a registered Professional Architect ready to take the lead on innovative construction projects? A dynamic and forward-thinking architectural practice is looking for a Project Leader/Professional Architect to join their high-performing team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Registered as a Professional Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
• At least 5 years post-registration experience
• Solid experience in the Construction Industry

Working knowledge of:

• CIDB, PROCSA, and JBCC/NEC contracts
• Consultant appointments and fee scales
• Contract and financial administration
• Experience in Project or Programme Management is advantageous
