Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization
• Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and manufacturing teams to align production plans with material availability
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to address potential bottlenecks or delays
• Analyse capacity and forecast production requirements to meet customer demand
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• BEng in Industrial Engineering, BCom in Supply Chain, or an equivalent qualification
• 2+ years of experience in a production planning or supply chain environment, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
