Job Description

• Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Production Engineer to drive process efficiency, quality, and cost improvement within their engineering team. The successful candidate will focus on implementing and optimising production systems, supporting new product introductions, and leading continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:

• BTech/Degree in Industrial, Production, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in automotive process engineering (metal stamping)
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimise production processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
• Develop and maintain production documentation and SOPs
• Lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Support new product and equipment introduction projects
• Analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
