Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the pre-owned sales team to exceed monthly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
• Monitor stock levels and manage vehicle inventory efficiently.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to maintain a high-performance team.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and relevant industry regulations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Owned Sales Management role within a dealership.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful teams.
• Strong knowledge of the used car market and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and clear criminal record.
