Key Tasks

• Maximize sales of Galderma consumer products through promotions
• Identify and build new customer relationships in Johannesburg (focus on pharmacies) while maintaining existing ones to increase sales
• Ensure that sales activities are aligned with Galderma’s commercial plans and processes.
• Accountable for stock management in the Johannesburg area to ensure that Galderma products are available to the customer.
• Monitor competitor landscape to ensure that Galderma takes advantage of opportunities in the field and mitigates any factors that can have a negative impact

Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced pharmaceutical representative
• Sound knowledge of handling a territory
• Extensive knowledge of workings of a pharmacy and established relationships
• Strong commercial skills and persuasion to secure optimal shelf pressure, sales etc.
• Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport needed
• Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Internet.
• The successful candidate will build relationships with a broad client base and will therefore need to be fluent in English. Fluency in another South African language a big plus.
