Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Manage and develop a team to achieve departmental targets
- Control stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and proactive business development
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and OEM requirements
- Analyse reports, forecast demand, and manage budgets effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Manager within the automotive industry (franchise dealership experience essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of parts operations, stock management, and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence
