Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supplier management (operational level)
• S&OE and S&OP implementation and management
• Provide ST & LT material requirements to key stakeholders
• Ensuring material supply against requirement
• Stock level management as per Inventory Policy at Brewery and Supplier
• Expediting of urgent deliveries
• Materials management for NPD, promotions and discontinuations
• Obsolescence tracking and management
• Risk identification and mitigation
• System and Master Data maintenance
• Identify and implement cost avoidance and cost reduction initiatives
• KPI tracking, reporting on Supply Chain Overheads
• Reports
• CP process implementation and maintenance

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering is preferred
• Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with supply chain principles, covering the entire process from purchasing to manufacturing
• Ability to negotiate with and influence Supplier
