Marketing & Partnerships Lead (Personal Shopper Program)

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnership Support & Execution:

  • Drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of new brand and merchant partnerships.
  • Support the design and roll-out of partnership strategies that create value for Personal Shoppers and their customers.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to spot new partnership and activation opportunities.

Campaign Management & Coordination:

  • Lead the delivery of partnership and Personal Shopper campaigns from briefing through to launch and post-campaign review.
  • Coordinate across creative, digital, and content teams to develop compelling marketing material and toolkits for Personal Shoppers.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and aligned with program objectives.

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for key partners and play an active role in nurturing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Liaise directly with internal and external partners to support campaign rollouts and activations.
  • Assist with negotiations and agreement discussions alongside the Head of Venture.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on partnership and campaign effectiveness against defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Prepare regular updates, insights, and recommendations to drive ongoing improvement of activities.
  • Track campaign budgets and ensure accurate reconciliation of partnership spending.

Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Maintain partnership and campaign documentation, databases, and records.
  • Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, and budget management for partnership and activation activities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, activations, and promotional activities for the Personal Shopper Program.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, with exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative marketing.
  • Experience with campaign management and cross- functional project coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • E-commerce or retail experience is advantageous.
  • Previous agency or client-side marketing experience preferred.
