Your Role:

• As the Lead Specialist Safety Systems, you will develop and implement best-in-class safety management practices, ensuring consistent core components across all assets. Continuously review and refine systems to empower asset-level ownership and drive sustainable safety excellence.
• Standardise Safety Management Systems across all assets,
• Provide subject matter support on Safety management aspects to operational and functional teams
• Equip leaders with the tools and processes to take full ownership of safety at site level, and drive process compliance
• Support the development and maintenance of Critical risk controls to drive risk reduction
• Develop onboarding & induction materials to build safety capacity,
• Support change management with a focus on people & technical risks.

What You Bring:

• Relevant qualifications in safety management,
• Extensive industry experience (international exposure highly regarded),
• Proven leadership in safety & risk within resources sector,
• Strong collaboration skills—ability to work across diverse teams, and,
• Strategic execution mindset—translating vision into action.
