Key Responsibility Areas
- Infrastructure restoration.
- Support the Network Engineer in maintenance and Support for the networks.
- Respond & Resolve network Incidents.
- Interface with the third-party service providers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: 1 – 2 Year National Higher Certificate in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology/Engineering NQF level 5.
- Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in IT.
