Junior IT Analyst

Objectives of Role

Systems Analysis

  • Drive and support the identification, analysis, and documentation of system and business requirements.
  • Develop and refine system strategies to enhance process automation and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing of systems before deployment.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to align solutions with business needs.

Data Analysis & Management

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data models and reporting tools to provide insights and trends.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy.
  • Leverage Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and analysis.

Change Management & Training

  • Drive and support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Support teams in adapting to new technologies, processes and workflows.

Experience and Qualifications

Education

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
  • Certification: Sage or Oracle ERP (Preferable), Data or Cloud (Preferable)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in an IT Analyst, IT Consultant role, Data Analyst, Functional Business Analyst or IT Engineering role.
