Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on IT Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract.
• This role will operate at group level, working across iStore and Core Group, and will be instrumental in evaluating, prioritising, and implementing key IT projects that support our growth and innovation strategy.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and be able to make smart, commercially minded decisions without requiring rigid structures or processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess all proposed IT projects across iStore and Core Group functions.
• Evaluate and quantify the return on investment (ROI) of each project request.
• Identify and select the most valuable and impactful projects to focus on initially.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of these projects, ensuring successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels across both iStore and Core Group to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Track project progress, manage risks, and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
• Promote efficiency and business impact through practical, results-driven project execution.

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5 years’ proven experience managing and delivering IT or business projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to assess ROI effectively.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across multiple business areas, managing competing priorities.
• Familiarity with retail or consumer technology environments.
• Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile). Advantageous
