Requirements
- Minimum of a Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification
- Minimum 0.5-1 years’ relevant experience within an IT environment
Key Performance Areas
- Gather, research, interpret and analyse business requirements, and recommend solutions within an ERP module
- Research, interpret, consider, recommend and deliver solutions for business and functional requirements within an ERP module at a basic level
- Implement projects or portions of projects by conducting basic project management tasks
- Maintain and develop skills in project objectives, professional skills and understand ERP modules and system capabilities
- Assist with and participate in obtaining business requirements, data collation and prepare progress reports to ensure ongoing commitment to managing stakeholder relationships
- Assist with supporting users with system queries
