What You’ll Own

Customer Excellence

• Elevate customer satisfaction through smart service strategies.
• Deliver service performance that beats expectations and sets DHL apart.
• Ensure regional service standards are met or exceeded on all DHL OPS scorecards.

Compliance & Process Management

• Guarantee inbound clearances are accurate and fully compliant with legislation.
• Ensure SARS RCG compliance and timely acquittals.
• Continually review and improve processes to boost productivity and add value.
• Implement corrective actions to improve service and transit time performance.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and coach your team to hit KPIs and deliver exceptional results.
• Manage roles, responsibilities, and performance targets within the imports team.
• Identify training needs and create opportunities for skill development.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years’ experience in a management role within express or logistics.
• 5–7 years’ experience with Courier Imports.
• Previous management experience.

Qualifications:

• Management Diploma/Degree in related field.
