Human Capital Administrator
Job Purpose
- To execute, control and coordinate the administrative function for the Human Capital Services Branch.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Support the employment relations function, through the provision of an administrative support.
- Support the Human Capital practitioners at all levels with all administrative processes.
- Undertakes the updating and maintenance of Grading and Remuneration information.
- Support the recruitment and selection process.
- Create and Control a records management system.
- Undertakes all administration relative to training and development.
- Provide welfare and counselling/wellness administration support.

- 3 Years administrative experience.
