Human Capital Administrator

Job Purpose    

  • To execute, control and coordinate the administrative function for the Human Capital Services Branch.

Key Responsibility Areas    

  • Support the employment relations function, through the provision of an administrative support.
  • Support the Human Capital practitioners at all levels with all administrative processes.
  • Undertakes the updating and maintenance of Grading and Remuneration information.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process.
  • Create and Control a records management system.
  • Undertakes all administration relative to training and development.
  • Provide welfare and counselling/wellness administration support.

Essential Requirements    

  • Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • 2 years administrative experience.
  • Computer Literacy

Preferred Requirements    

  • Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management or any other related and equivalent qualification.
  • 3 Years administrative experience.
