About the Role

  • We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Revenue Operations to lead the operational backbone of our Revenue Team. In this role, you will act as a critical partner to our commercial, marketing, and customer operations leaders—providing direction, insights, and executional excellence to support revenue growth across the business.
  • This is a high-impact, leadership role. You will own key revenue operations capabilities including performance analytics, sales enablement, process optimization, and go-to-market execution. You will build and scale the systems, data infrastructure, and project management rhythms needed to turn strategy into outcomes and empower the revenue engine.

What you’ll Do
Strategic Leadership

  • Provide strategic insight and direction to the Revenue Team by synthesizing data, market intelligence, and cross-functional input.
  • Partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Operations to align on revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
  • Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities through data-led analysis and forward-looking scenario planning.

Revenue Enablement & Execution

  • Design and lead enablement programs, toolkits, and sales processes that improve commercial team performance and efficiency.
  • Own the execution of GTM projects—from planning to implementation—ensuring timelines, goals, and ROI are clearly defined and delivered.
  • Champion cross-functional project management to drive collaboration and deliver strategic revenue initiatives.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and optimize revenue systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks to support scale and clarity.
  • Deliver real-time performance insights, dashboards, and forecasts to drive accountability and decision-making.
  • Streamline lead-to-revenue processes to remove friction, enhance visibility, and accelerate time-to-close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Revenue Performance Insights: Track funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and uncover actionable insights across the customer journey.
  • Own and Chair Revenue Forums, Leadership and Team Meetings: Own, chair, facilitate all revenue meetings to ensure delivery across the team.
  • Drive Forecasting & Revenue Strategy: Partner with GTM teams to shape forecasts, pipeline pacing, and performance tracking.
  • Model & Monitor: Build dashboards, reports, and models that drive decision-making—from weekly huddles to board-level reviews.
  • Uncover Growth Opportunities: Through weekly meetings, engaging with the Revenue group and data analysis on the acquisition funnel – determine and propose opportunities to increase Yoco’s revenue (e.g. Pricing strategies, conversion levers, churn patterns and upsell paths, among others.)
  • Lead Strategic Deep Dives: Run conversion audits, CAC/LTV analysis, and churn diagnostics to inform quarterly revenue priorities.
  • Enable the Acquisition Component of Go-To-Market Planning: Help define targets, capacity plans, and resourcing needs for sales and account teams.
  • Collaborate Across RevOps: Work with our RevOps and Enablement teams to ensure the right data, tooling, and processes are in place to move fast and scale smart.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B or fintech environment.
  • Strong grasp of CRM (Salesforce), revenue analytics, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline management.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into structured execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience running cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with revenue leaders and frontline teams alike.
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with a hands-on, proactive mindset.
