Job Description

• Responsible for safely operating golf carts to transport employees within the office park’s premises.
• This would involve navigating designated routes, ensuring passenger comfort and safety, and adhering to all safety regulations.

Required outputs: functional

• Transporting employees within the office park
• Familiarity with the office park’s layout, including designated routes and parking areas
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including safe driving practices, speed limits, and pedestrian crossings
• Providing friendly and helpful service to passengers, including answering questions and ensuring their comfort.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks on the golf carts, such as checking tyre pressure, oil levels, and battery status.
• Communicating effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other staff members via radio or other means.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the golf carts, ensuring a pleasant environment for passengers.
• Keeping records of trips, issues, and any incidents that may occur.
• Properly parking and storing golf carts in designated areas at the end of the shift or when not in use.
• Suggesting route improvements or modifications to enhance efficiency and safety.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver’s License to ensure safety of employees.
• Matric
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field.
• Familiarity with the operation of golf carts, including basic maintenance and safety procedures.
