Glass Analyst
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Weekly update & review of 13 weeks glass plans and actively communicate any risks or opportunities in S&OE (internally + externally with supplier).
- Ensure alignment between WSNP plan and supplier with 13 week and long-term requirement in NRB glass. (Supplier S&OE)
- Analyse the container performance metrics to ensure optimal container population utilisation (within the 13week plan + Cona plan)
- LCP requirements for MRP and Retpack and other LCP blocks part of the team
- Weekly circular packaging actual inventory tracking and monitoring; including blocked containers.
- Develop and maintain 13-week container population models for each container group.
- Analyze weekly container movements and track container metrics; RTIs, Losses and GRNs.
- Benchmark container performance metrics to identify opportunity gaps.
- Accountable for ensuring accurate planning of Non-Returnable glass BU South (close collaboration with Procurement and Retpack Team).
- Weekly allocation and load plans of NRB glass for Bu South to be shared with breweries & supplier.
- Ensure supply security for NRB and RB injections 13 week & Monthly Cona plan
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferred Candidate should have a tertiary qualification in an analytical field
- Ideal candidate should have between 3 – 5 years’ experience in supply chain or commercial disciplines in an FMCG environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
- An inclination towards the quantitative disciplines of mathematics, statistics and economics would be advantageous
- Basic business financial understanding would be advantageous
