Fleet Administrator

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Administrator with a strong background in fleet administration to join our team. This individual must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and overseeing repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for monitoring and managing fleet operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Coordinate with drivers and other team members to effectively manage fleet logistics
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to fleet operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in fleet administration or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
