Requirements/eligibility to apply:

• Applicants are required to have successfully completed their degree with a focus on Ergonomics/ Human Factors with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
• CEA/CEA-in-training certification.
• Knowledge of various domains of ergonomics (including Physiology, Biomechanics, Anatomy, Cognitive, Organisational and Psychosocial aspects).Â
• Knowledge of how and when to use various ergonomics risk assessment tools.Â
• Knowledge of how and when to use various data analysis techniques.Â
• Knowledge of how to holistically apply ergonomics principles to create interventions to improve environments, process, and tools.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.Â
• Professional and ethical behaviour.Â
• Applicants who have not yet concluded their studies, will not be considered for the program.
• Applicants needs to be between the ages of 18-35.
