Back-End Maintenance & Issue Management

  • Maintain back-end systems (Amplience, SFCC) with consistent naming conventions and clear content structure
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues such as broken links, redirect errors, or load-time challenges
  • Escalate site issues appropriately to IT or Customer Service, ensuring timely resolution
  • Conduct regular audits and clean-ups to ensure a smooth and error-free customer journey

Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You balance creativity with structure & you’re excited by the ever-evolving world of eCommerce. You’re hands-on, solutions-focused, and bring an ownership mindset to everything you do.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated – you take initiative and get things done
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about digital, retail, and creating best-in-class customer experiences online
