Customer Services Specialist
What you will do:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries across phone, email, and social media platforms in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Handle product-related complaints and escalate complex cases to the Customer Services Manager and other relevant departments (Regulatory, Quality, Sales etc)
- Assist in the preparation of scientific content and customer communication materials.
- Support the implementation of product and health training initiatives, including the design and delivery of product training sessions.
- Help coordinate customer service projects, including exhibitions, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
- Build relationships & loyalty through consistent communication.
- Deliver service excellence that is human, warm & memorable.
Job Requirements
What are we looking for:
- BSc in Dietetics or equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years’ experience in customer care, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or supplement industry.
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Dietitian will be advantageous.
- Understanding of ethics and regulatory requirements in the health and wellness sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, and a strong customer-orientation.
- This role is ideal for a dietitian looking to apply their nutrition knowledge and communication skills in both a customer-facing and operational support capacity in the health food and supplement industry.
