Description

• The Credit Analyst at MAN Financial Services (South Africa) (RF) (PTY) LTD is responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of individuals or businesses applying for financial products, ensuring sound lending decisions and minimizing risk exposure.
• The Credit Analyst supports the credit approval process through detailed financial analysis and risk evaluation.

Duties:

• Analyse financial statements, credit reports, and other data to evaluate applicant risk.
• Assign credit ratings and recommend credit limits based on risk profiles.
• Finalise credit proposals and approve within mandate or propose to next level of credit mandate
• Track performance of approved accounts and flag potential risks
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on credit performance and trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in credit analysis or financial risk assessment.
